§ Models in stock generally ship in 2 days from receipt of order.
§ Models not in stock generallyship within 2 weeks of receipt of order.
§ We ship via Common Carrier, and Priority Air Services.
§ We will always select the most appropriate, least expensive shipping alternative.
§ We ship anywhere, domestically or internationally.
§ Expedited Shipping Services are available for an additional charge.
§ Please call to confirm shipping costs.
§ Orders must be received by 1:30 PM Pacific time to be shipped the next day (subject to availability).
Damage / Claims
- CLAIMS FOR FREIGHT LOSS OR DAMAGE OR CLAIMS FOR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE MUST BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS OR YOU MAY BE LIABLE FOR ADDITIONAL COSTS.
**IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON RECEIVING FREIGHT**
- PLEASE INSPECT EACH BOX IMMEDIATELY AND CAREFULLY UPON DELIVERY BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY RECEIPT.
- MAKE SURE THAT THE NUMBER OF BOXES ARE CORRECT AND THAT THEY CORRESPOND TO THE MODEL NUMBER(S) ON YOUR ORDER. IF A BOX IS MISSING OR INCORRECT, PLEASE NOTATE IT ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.
- IF A BOX HAS A CREASE, CRUNCH, PUNCTURE, FOOT PRINT, TIRE TRACK OR ANYTHING SUSPICIOUS INDICATING DAMAGE, PLEASE OPEN THE BOX AND INSPECT THE FREIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DRIVER, NOTATE DAMAGES ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.
- DO NOT REFUSE FREIGHT. YOU WILL MOST LIKELY OPEN THE BOX(S) LATER TO FIND THAT NOTHING IS WRONG.
- IF LATER YOU DISCOVER THAT YOUR FREIGHT IS DAMAGED, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.
- DO NOT DISCARD THE DAMAGED PIECE. WE WILL NEED IT FOR INSPECTION FOR FILING THE CLAIM WITH THE FREIGHT COMPANY.
